Styled Shoot Collaboration Enquiry

Thank you for considering Salters Hire as part of your upcoming styled shoot. While we receive a high volume of collaboration requests each year - each requiring careful consideration of time, logistics and resources - we are always excited to explore meaningful creative opportunities.

To assist us in reviewing your proposal, please complete the form below with as much detail as possible.

- Clients are responsible for all freight, travel, and labour costs associated with any Salters staff involvement.
- A minimum of four high-quality, professional in-situ photographs per item is required. These images must clearly showcase each product and be provided in a timely manner.
- Salters Hire must be granted full ownership and unrestricted usage rights for all supplied images, for use in marketing and social media.
- We acknowledge that some media platforms do not allow credits to be included; however, Salters will endeavour to credit collaborators wherever possible.
- The required number of images may be adjusted depending on the final value of the items provided.
- We understand that products hidden from view (e.g. tables fully covered in linen) may not be applicable for photography; such items will need to be paid for by the client.
- Product availability is subject to booking timelines and current stock levels.
- Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance of your application.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to learning more about your creative vision.
